Anyone who is interested in donkeys, mules and their welfare, can become a member of the Donkey Society of Queensland. The society produces a great email newsletter, the “Donkey Express”. The Express is published bi-monthly to all members and includes details of the society’s activities, and much useful information about all aspects of Donkey Ownership. Members also receive the “Donkey Digest”, which is the national magazine of the Affiliated Donkey Societies of Australia. It is published quarterly and contains news, photographs and articles of interest from all over Australia.
If you are a member of the Donkey Society Queensland, you are automatically a member of of the Australian Horse Industry Council (AHIC) and Queensland Horse Council (QHC), though no membership number is issued. As such, you are thus entitled to receive, via DSQ, any information distributed by the two organisations, such as newsletters. DSQ members are also entitled to avail themselves of AHIC's range of insurance policies. Moreover, AHIC is keen that any information it puts out is distributed as widely as possible. Their web site (https://www.horsecouncil.org.au) is very informative and freely accessible. They are happy to speak to anyone about any queries they may have. Their phone number is 03 5222 6650 and their hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

If you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, you are able to fill-in the form on your computer, save the file with a different file name, then attach your filled-in Form to an email.
For some of you, you may need to create a signature for all future use. Sign your name on a piece of paper, scan that piece of paper, save the file as an image file in a place on your hard-drive where only you can retrieve that file.
The earlier versions of Adobe did not have the facility to edit forms, as such it is recommended that you don't update but upgrade. There is a facility in Windows to delete entire programs, after you have done that, go to the Adobe website and download the upgrade version - Adobe will determine what system you are running and provide you with the appropriate program.
If you have any queries, please contact the web-editor via email: email@example.com
